My Story
Studio Balance was born from a passion for movement, wellbeing, and creating space for people to feel strong, grounded, and confident. With a background in physical activity , I wanted to build a studio where performance and calm coexist — where every person, at any age and stage, can move with intention and feel supported.
Balance isn’t just physical; it’s the harmony between strength and softness, effort and ease, discipline and self-care. Studio Balance is my way of sharing that philosophy through thoughtfully curated training, mindful guidance, and a space designed to elevate both body and mind.
With qualifications in fitness, wellbeing coaching, and reformer pilates, I’m dedicated to helping every client become the best version of themselves — strong, balanced, and confident inside and out.
